Hi Meredith! It's not a real paper. It's a generator that you can put a title, date, and story into and then it turns it into a newspaper picture that you can save and use. I stumbled across it at just the right time. ; ) Kim
This is a guide, gleaned from my reading in the past, in no particular order of importance, for being frugal and healthy. *Grow your own food *Buy organic whole grains and beans in bulk *Whole grain breakfast cereal *Make your own bread *Make your own salad dressing *Always keep a stock simmering *Make soups *Always keep beans soaking and simmering *Keep a cow (yogurt, kefir, butter, cheese) *Keep chickens (eggs, meat, soup stock) *Use sourdough starter instead of yeast *Make kombucha *Serve "Liver and Onions" occasionally *Nutritious vegetables that are inexpensive to buy: potatoes, cabbage, carrots, zuchini, onions, broccoli, chard, beets, kale *DO NOT buy anything in a box *DO NOT buy anything with corn syrup as an ingredient *Least expensive way to get tomato products is to buy tomato paste and add water and spices until you get the desired result *grind grain daily and set it to soak for the next day, if you don't use it, stick it in the frig
